Red Seal Journeyman certification in HVAC or Refrigeration

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Install, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems

Work independently or as part of a team on a variety of job sites

Mentor apprentices and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment

Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members

Ensure all work meets applicable codes and standards
