Service and Project Manager

3+ years experience in a field leadership, service management, or project coordination role (HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing preferred)

Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills

Strong understanding of job costing, safety protocols, and quality assurance

Comfortable working with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms

Valid driver’s license

Coordinate daily scheduling of service technicians and installers

Support field teams with troubleshooting, planning, and resource allocation

Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear expectations

Track job progress, manage timelines, and ensure completion within budget

Coach team members to meet performance targets and uphold company standards
