Enrolled or willing to enroll in a Sheet Metal apprenticeship program

Physically fit and capable of working on rooftops, ladders, and lifts

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and desire to learn

Assist in measuring, cutting, and installing duct systems

Support journeymen on job sites and in the shop

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Learn code requirements and proper installation techniques
